All our cameras are fully tested by our professional team, who have years of experience working with all types of cameras.
Do you offer a guarantee?
We want you to feel confident in your new camera, so we offer a 30-day guarantee on everything purchased from us. If you have any problems, just get in touch and will will be there to help.
Unfortunately, we don’t cover cosmetic issues or anything that could have arisen due to negligence/accidental damage.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard UK shipping is free, and express shipping is £4. International shipping varies depending on location. The price can be found at checkout
What is the return policy?
We offer a no-questions-asked 14-day return policy. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange unless the item is defective.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging if applicable.
The buyer is responsible for returning the camera to us in its original condition.
A return will be rejected for:
- Any item not in its original condition, that is, damaged or missing parts.
- Any item not in its original packing (where applicable)
- Any item that arrives more than 14 days after a return address has been provided
There will be a £5 administration charge for all non-faulty returns to cover payment processing transaction fees
